I think change is hard. I think many of them appreciate that this is necessary. A lot of their sons and daughters and grandsons and granddaughters serve. The army has its 250th anniversary this year. Year we're actually older than the United States of America itself. And what's incredibly powerful about that is we touch most Americans in some way, whether it's a coach or a neighbor or a parent.
