We have population booming. At the same time, our country has changed. We're no longer 3 million people stretched along the seaboard. We're 330 million people across the continent. And The Constitution that was written in 1787... it's a different world and our government has become dysfunctional. I don't, as I say, we're a great country. There are many things that were done correctly, but a lot of the institutions that were put into place in the early days just don't work anymore. (01:44–01:59)
