As we are in our fourth year in a row of drought, we must continue to address the need for increased water storage and face these water shortages as we do every year. This Bill provides over 1.6 billion in additional funds for the National Nuclear Security Administration. which will enable meaningful deterrence against foreign adversaries such as Iran, Russia and China. Includes 1.8 billion for the nuclear energy program. These funds will accelerate advanced reactor and small modular reactor development. (01:37–01:44)
