The Assistance for Specialty Crop Farmers program is specifically, as I said, I think we raised something like 300 different specialty crops, certainly in the state of Washington. Many of them in my district, Crops like hops and mint were not eligible for the commodity. They're not eligible commodities listed in the ASCF program. And just let me tell you, these growers, along with many other farmers are facing a downturn in demand and a dire need of assistance to help them continue farming. (00:35–00:45)
