This is no different in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin at Moraine Park Technical College where students and employees are having to make decisions about child care or education. So I have authored a bill, SB 26 to work with marine park to allow them to lease out space to a child care agency to run a child care right there on their campus. (00:04–00:13)
