What is your sense of housing as an issue and which best addresses rental housing affordability, rent control or building more rentals? We need to get more rentals built. Right now we're just short on units in the state of Wisconsin, whether it's rentals or that first time home. So it could start the cycle of people moving into different homes. Should there be incentives then from the legislature? Well, in this last legislature we put over $500 million into housing related programs in four different avenues. (10:02–10:09)
