Probably the most detrimental to Wyoming and Alaska because we produce a lot of oil, gas and coal. We export 12 times more energy than we produce. So Wyoming is the number one exporter of its raw materials. It's time for us to create the electricity and the consumption of the electricity here in Wyoming. (03:33–03:37)
