Medicaid cuts have been devastating to us in the city. The food stamps, everybody gets hurt. The farmers get hurt, the packers get hurt, the bodega owner, the supermarket owners get hurt, the people who need food and by the way, the horrible food in some of the inner city neighborhoods.
