We have the beginning of school. We're spending $42,000 per public school pupil even though there's 100,000 less students. Two thirds of fourth graders cannot read, write or do math at grade levels. A third of the students don't even bother showing up for school. 200 schools that have less than 200 students, they won't conflate them.
