I think we both, if we blow past the deadline, it just means that we won't be doing it for months. Another thing I'd say is There's never been a time in Michigan history where we had too much money and couldn't find a way to spend it. So we've had shutdowns plenty of times when there had to be cuts. This is an opportunity that Michigan has and we need to make those investments now. (22:14–22:20)
