And you look at our colleges around the state and there aren't people going into the teaching profession because we've in many ways be professionalized profession. And Kids are going to graduate with $50,000 worth of debt and the first five years they're not going to make anywhere near 50 grand a year to pay for that debt. So we have to make investments there.
