They have people working 12 hour days, six days a week, all over time, all the time that are the normal employee there. They've increased bandwidth into the system, they've expanded the hours for the calls. DTMB has added another group of people to help with some of the online questions. so that they can be helpful. And I think the big frustration is the weight. The weight's one big part and the other One is the 1099 employees and the extra $600 that we're supposed to be in for those two things. (04:21–04:27)
