Well, Jack, I was, as you know, I was in the Texas state legislature for the last 12 years and in those 12 years have voted for over $15 billion of Texas taxpayer money to go for border security. And We have every right to ask for that money back from the federal government because it was the federal government's job and they weren't doing it. And so we have every right to ask for that money back. And I'm thrilled the governor is coming up and loving for that and I feel certain that we're going to get it. (00:37–00:44)
