We've had three solid bipartisan efforts at comprehensive immigration reform in the last 20 years. David Schweickert's been a part of two of those efforts, and he and his cronies have helped kill it every time. 0 for 3, the Republicans are on this issue. So to try to pin it on Democrats, I think is disingenuous and untrue. We are the party that's going to finally deliver comprehensive immigration reform for this country. (31:37–31:41)
