When I was a voting rights lawyer, I never asked anybody who they were going to vote for. I just wanted them to vote. And our issue in Texas has been for some time that We've had really low voter turnout [in Texas]. and That's a real issue for us and we have to try and overcome that. We have laws that make it difficult to vote. That's not the only reason. (04:00–04:03)
