And so that's why I've always been so focused on lowering Texans costs where I can, on prescription drugs, for example, where we cap the cost of insulin at $35 a month for folks on Medicare and try to do it for everyone. But Ted Cruz and others opposed us in doing that [capping the cost of insulin].
