One that was, I think, conducting itself largely consistent with the law and the Constitution. Unfortunately, that is just not where we are now. This administration has turned ICE into a political tool to attack its enemies. It's also been using it to terrorize communities. The 33rd Congressional District has a majority of Democrats, so whoever wins their party's nomination is sure to win in November.
