And those higher freight bills are being driven in significant part by NEPA because of the delays in trying to build our freeways. I'm from Oregon, so I just want to talk about timber removal. We have enormous amounts of timber in Oregon and a lot of it's been burning up. And why? Because we can't get into the woods because of nepa. So, people, we all agree on the fact that we need to do these things. (01:58–02:04)
