So on the affordability side of things, people pay their electrical bill now and sometimes I think they're in shock about how much it is as you see your Electrical prices go up... in Oregon because of the green agenda that Salem has put in place, placing upon our two investor owned utilities more and more obligations that they have to meet that have to do with green. The challenge is for people to understand that this is part of the reason that these prices are being pushed up. We need to do something about that. (14:39–14:58)
