They're both essential programs and it needs to be understood that I support those programs, but I don't support sloppy operation of the programs. A trillion dollars a year for Medicaid this year. I think it's 850 billion something somewhere in that neighborhood. And it's growing so rapidly. We can't allow free riders to be on this program. Folks that shouldn't be on it should be helping pay for their insurance just like so many other people do. (01:24–01:32)
