And they came round. We prevailed and we won. And look what it's delivered over and over again. I can speak to my state in New York. We just broke ground in central New York, near Syracuse, on Micron's hundred billion dollar memory chip manufacturing plant. Thousands of construction jobs, all Davis Bacon, because of the law we put in the CHIPS Act. That's what we did. And I'm proud we've achieved that together. (11:55–12:04)
