And third, every Democrat supports it so it can pass the minute Republicans stop blocking it. On the Republican side, their story is very different. Their phony proposal is dead on arrival. One of the possibility they're considering, The Crapo Cassidy bill would not extend the ACA tax credits for a single day. That's what's driving the price up, and they're doing nothing about it.
