I got my first cell phone when I went away to college. You know, I grew up kind of adapting to this. But what I have also seen as a prosecutor is that We totally fell short and fell behind when it came to the Internet. And you know what, the ills in society that used to have to happen in real life, a lot of them moved online and we never did anything to stop it. (24:16–24:21)
