I just want to be very clear. Can you guarantee US Taxpayers are not going to pay a dime for the effort to rebuild the energy infrastructure here in Venezuela? Yes, they will. They will not be rebuilding the energy infrastructure in Venezuela. That'll be rebuilt by American companies, by European companies, by other companies that are coming down here to grow their businesses. (11:12–11:17)
