They would normally slow down a bit in the spring, but all the American refineries said no, we're going to run all out during the spring. American oil and gas producers are leaning in to increase the oil production in the United States. We agreed with 30 other nations to release oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserves. We've worked with the EPA to change the specs on the refining of gasoline this summer. That's going to allow increased production of gasoline than you can normally do in the summer. (02:08–02:15)
