They had quickly on their own, even before I arrived, They changed the hydrocarbon law, rewrote a new law and passed it through their assembly. So they are moving quickly. I brought some feedback that the law is much improved from where they were before, but still had some concerns for me about the road to international arbitration. (23:16–23:22)
