Data center development allow utilities to freeze electricity rates for years to come. We can stop the rise of electricity prices. They use a very small amount of water. They bring jobs and opportunity and huge tax revenues to communities. So this is America. All communities should choose for themselves. But when I visit communities that have recent data center developments, they are thrilled. The pluses were much bigger than the downsides. (02:26–02:31)
