Not Norway yet, but the pivot, the improvement in the conditions in Venezuela is going quite well right now. A lot of work to be done there. But Oil exports out of Venezuela have more than doubled since January 2nd of this year. So that's also helpful. And of course, when most of the American refineries were built in the 60s and 70s, Venezuela was the largest exporter of oil in the world, third largest producer, biggest oil exporter. (22:37–22:43)
