So and if we look back over the last five years of electricity prices in the United States, the states that had the largest demand growth, number one over that five year period is North Dakota has had the greatest price performance of any state in our country. 35% growth in demand for electricity and their nominal price of electricity has not gone up. The real price of electricity has gone down meaningfully over that five year period. And the other rapid growers in demand, I'll throw Nebraska out there as well. (21:48–22:00)
