If you have really stupid policies in your state, you've made natural gas expensive. We save 2 or 3 cents and immediately the Federal government sends a 4 cent check to wind turbine operators, saving 2 or 3 cents per kilowatt hour. and spend 4. I don't know if that's a path for lowering prices, but I don't think so. (26:24–26:34)
