Well, what I can say is that was an example of a case that was went right to the state supreme court on original jurisdiction. There was no, no circuit court record. There was no fact finding. And We have a statute that says that the state supreme court cannot take a case on original jurisdiction on reapportionment or redistricting. They have to appoint a three judge circuit court panel to hear the cases. So there's two cases pending. They've both been assigned to a three judge panel, but I don't think those trials are scheduled in the upcoming months. (25:52–26:03)
