And that might be the most important confrontation between the court and the president. Not that these immigration cases aren't important, because you can't have a president who can imprison or deport anybody he wants. But We cannot let Donald Trump decide who gets to vote in Connecticut or Texas or Missouri or North Carolina. Those are state decisions.
