The police aren't even doing their job any longer because all they do is respond to problems that are being created by untrained, unqualified ICE officers. I think we can find a way to come together on a set of reforms that the American people are demanding. And I guess I draw my inspiration from that trip I took to Texas. (10:35–10:46)
