Madam Chair, I'd like to enter into the record a lawsuit that was filed today by The New Jersey Department of Health filed a lawsuit asking for access to Delaney Hall because they have been denied access to the medical unit, sleeping areas, and bathing and toileting areas. So it doesn't actually appear that the lack of violations is due to a finding that the conditions are sufficient, but that actually they are being denied access. (00:00–00:23)
