I think the failure right now has been the inability to move my bill, Railway Safety act, through the House and the Senate. The Senate at least has had a committee vote and it's cleared that hurdle. We still have Republican senators holding it up with the filibuster threat in the House. I've got Republican co sponsors along with my Democratic colleagues, but the Republican leadership has not advanced my bill. That is a failure. Secretary Buttigieg and others in the Biden administration have been clear. (02:20–02:26)
