And the consequences for breaking the rules, union busting, pretty weak for employers. And you know, I went through that with my colleagues and saw it firsthand. And so that to me drives home why We need laws like the Pro act to not only just make it fairer for workers who want to form and join the union, but to have some stiffer penalties when the employers break the rules. And they often do. We see it all the time. They often do. And you know, it is, it is very clear that there's not a level playing field when it comes to having workers give them a real voice at their workplace. (01:35–01:46)
