I'm hopeful they will do that in the House, you know, and I've got co sponsors from both parties. I've kept it bipartisan on purpose because I want to pass this bill. And yet The Republican leadership hasn't let us move the bill at all. Why is that? I can't answer for them. I think the railroads have power. I think the powerful networks like the Kochs and others who lobby against this stuff have a lot of sway with their leadership. (21:40–21:45)
