I've spoken to rail workers, I've spoken to the union representing the folks who were on this train and they told me pretty directly If there had been just one worker on this train as the railroads wanted, they would not have been able to take the action they took and this likely would have been worse. So there are real concrete costs to these anti safety lobbying efforts this industry and so many others have undertaken. And Frankie I'm sure we'll undertake here. (30:36–30:53)
