I'm very comfortable with it and thank our managing director, Carlton Williams, who did an amazing job of keeping his head cool in the midst of this all by making sure that We made a values-based, data-driven decision for a very complex issue. As we're talking about policy decisions and budgets and all of those things, I want to talk about something else before we get to some other topics. This involves money, city money. (21:06–21:26)
