All of this is why The city of Philadelphia did the most impactful thing that we could do for SEPTA in June when we passed our Philadelphia budget five year plan and our six year capital program that included $792 million in both operating and capital support for SEPTA. I just want to make sure everybody is with me because Philadelphia, we're not always in a position when we face a crisis where we can stand up and proudly affirm that our homework is done.
