Let me go to the broad intent, and I think a lot of that will get worked through Senator Barrasso and Senator Lummis, I'm sure, are working through all that is this. We are a nation careening towards bankruptcy. We are going to be borrowing trillions of dollars that we do not have. We're $35 trillion in debt. You have to make tough cuts when that happens.
