I think that's an over description. I don't want to get into that because I'm not that interested in that. What I'm interested in though is how Roosevelt was one of the few powers to successfully manage the transition from the farms to the factories. And that's hard when you think about it. You have your entire population that is moving into cities. That transition, if done incorrectly, creates a ruling class that is untouchable. (46:12–46:18)
