Black Americans make up 13% of the US population. They make up between anywhere between 55 to 60% of the murders, the thefts and the carjackings. There is a disproportionate crime problem in America and I don't like it. It's just what the data is. And again, I would prefer not to talk about race all the time, but the data is the data.
