And some may argue that there's no law prohibiting mid decade redistricting. But members, just because there's no law that doesn't prohibit it, it just doesn't make it right to do it. And while The framers of our Constitution, they did not envision maps being drawn whenever it suited those in power. they actually intended apportionment to follow the census so that representation would follow the people, not politics.
