As you all know, when our veterans come back from war, they have a lot of some of them have mental health issues with PTSD or traumatic brain injuries. We want to make sure that they have opportunities to come home and find employment. One of my bills allows [veterans] to help start up a business if they're interested. Another bill allows them to identify jobs that they're able to qualify for here in El Paso or in the state of Texas. So I'm really happy that we were able to do that. (08:08–08:13)
