We've got a couple of bills, one of them is CORCA that passed the House that are specifically designed to make sure that law enforcement has the tools necessary to be able to track things, including sharing information at the federal level. What happens a lot of times right now is that states either don't have anything for tracking it, or like Utah, we do, but they need to be able to share it across state lines. Corca, or the Combating Organized Retail Crime act is is designed to dismantle large scale theft rings. You mentioned giving law enforcement the tools they need in order to track these crimes.
