And my preference is that we let the states be the ones who experiment and figure out how to do this. And then we have a federal framework that doesn't interfere with that. And over the last year or two, Utah has been really forward thinking on how we should regulate AI or whether we should regulate AI. And the federal government a couple of times, including in the one big beautiful bill, has tried to preempt states abilities to regulate. (04:44–04:50)
