So we're addressing that in some of the neighborhoods that I lived in growing up, We're implementing a new tool with some of our partners like the Community Development Alliance, the Habitat for Humanity, others to create what we call backbone tiz. where we're using these very interesting shapes and city owned vacant lots to build affordable housing on those lots and creating more housing opportunities for folks in the City of Milwaukee.
