If you have Robert F. Kennedy Jr. who oversees CMS and the enforcement of EMTALA, who doesn't understand the law or what it means, they're not going to enforce these provisions to protect a women's safety when they present at emergency care. So it is the people he has surrounded himself with, and they are just as crucial to protecting and fighting for women's health care in this country than the man who sits in the Oval Office.
