And so anybody who thinks that Cuba is not a threat, they have been always a threat. They are today. And they will be a threat if they continue to exist and in the future. They harbor all of our major enemies around the world. They're an ally to China, to Russia, Hezbollah, all kinds of terrorist organizations. They are state sponsored of terrorism.
